I was going to write about our weekend trip to Portland but I have a horrible head cold so I thought I might write about that instead.  So what can you do when you’re to sick to really do anything?

1. watch Netflix

2. drink tea

3. eat soup

4. read

5. relax and meditate

6. make a list of things to enjoy when you feel better

7. spend time with family/pets at home

8. enjoy a day off from chores/cleaning

9. wear comfortable clothes or pj’s

10. forgive yourself! everyone gets sick every once in a while, your responsibilities will still be there tomorrow, today take care of yourself
